Currently Hungry Wolf’s Steak & Ale-House hosts live music Friday night starting at 8pm, Saturday night starting at 8pm, and an acoustic set Sundays at 1pm. Sets are currently approximately 2 hours in length.

What makes Hungry Wolf’s steaks burgers, and other grilled items unlike anywhere else? Here’s the secret, are you ready? There’s no substitute for quality, there’s no cutting corners, and we sure do love grilling.
Our steak is imported, of course. Currently coming from Australia is our signature 1.5kg plus tomahawk, Wagyu filet mignon, t-bone, and our rump steak. Coming from the United States is our rib eye, our most popular steak. A light seasoning of salt and pepper is all it takes before letting the grill do the work. We don’t play with our meat.
We make real burgers. That means imbibing the meat, the bacon, heck even the bread with those summer bbq vibes. And there’s only one way we know how to do that. With a glorious open-flame, red hot grill beckoning to sizzle steaks, burgers, and occasionally your finger tips. But we don’t stop there, we make our own fresh bread, use thick cut American style bacon, our beef patties are a hefty 175grams, and we don’t skimp on the cheese. We use 80/20 Australian beef containing a very small amount of red onion and roasted garlic. Our secret ingredients are quality, freshness, and a very fine grill.

When we offer something, we make sure it’s worth the trip. Fresh produce is sourced locally, more difficult, crafted items sourced from Chiang Mai, and the most difficult to source ingredients like our beef and seafood come from Bangkok.
We receive deliveries of fresh goods three to six times a week and even receive deliveries from Bangkok directly, requiring many trips to Chiang Rai’s airport. It’s hard work that would drive most people insane, but that’s not the Hungry Wolf’s way and it’s why we’re successful.
